Desert trekking (6 days) and trip to Marrakech (2 days)
This trip allows you to experience the desert in depth. You hike through remote areas away from the tourist centres. Everything is organised. You don't have to worry about anything and can enjoy.
Day 1: Individual arrival in Errachidia
You will be picked up at Errachidia airport. Together with our group, we will drive to our first beautiful accommodation in Tafraout Sidi Ali. We welcome you to the Sahara with a glass of tea! We have time to enjoy the sunset and the surroundings. Here we get ready for the trekking of the next few days. (This means we only take the necessary luggage with us. We leave the rest of our luggage at the accommodation. A transport car will take our luggage to Ouzina, where we will complete our trek)
Here, we will also meet our accompanying camels and guides.
We spend our first night in the accommodation. We will set off early the next morning.
2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th day: Trekking through the desert
After breakfast, we set off on our hike.
Some of our companions (cook with baggage dromedaries and helpers) will set off before us to prepare the food.
We are on foot with riding dromedaries (those who don't like walking can ride) (3 to 4 hours a day) and walk to the rest areas where lunch or dinner is prepared for us. For the night camp we have 2 and 3 person tents with us and if the weather permits it is also possible to sleep outside.

During our journey, we will have at least one opportunity to wash.
On the evening of the 4th trekking day we will reach Ouzina, where our luggage and a warm shower will be waiting for us. We will spend the night there again in beautiful accommodation.
Day 6 : Merzouga - Boumalne Dades (driving time approx. 5 hours)
From Ouzina we drive to Rissani, stroll through the souk (market) and do some shopping (the prices here are a little lower than in Marrakech). We continue to Boumalne Dades where we spend the night. On the way we stop at the most beautiful places to enjoy the view.
We spend the night in beautiful traditional accommodation.
Day 7 : Boumalne Dades - Marrakech
Continue to Ouarzazat, Ait-Ben-Haddou via the Tizi n'Tichka Pass to Marrakech, where you will spend the night in a beautiful riad.
We can organize dinner in Marrakech on request and bring our trip together to a festive close.
We are happy to organize your onward journey or transport to the airport.
